I had been going to the Parma location for about 3 years and always got a fair deal, even through new store employees who would evaluate and reevaluate my same items. Then the last couple of times they started giving me less and the last time I went in the newest person reevaluated my items and said they were fake! So much for me sending referrals
There are no diversity in the sales force and they are selective as to who they will even greet when you walk in the store.
